Free standard shipping on every order. Delivery takes 5 to 11 business days.
Returns
We offer 30-day returns. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. Please have your receipt or proof of purchase ready.
To start a return, email crownandglorylearning@gmail.com before sending anything back. We will send instructions for where to ship your package. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
Damaged or wrong items
Inspect your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective or incorrect, email us your order number and photos of the item and packaging, and we will make it right.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know if the refund is approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may need extra time to post it.
